The prospective study investigates the impact of customized home-based exercise on children aged 0-5 with congenital heart disease (CHD). Among 192 participants, half received a 6-month exercise intervention, while the other half received home-based education. Results show significant improvements in motor development, physical growth, and parental quality of life in the exercise group. However, no significant changes were observed in bone strength or cardiac function. The study suggests that home-based exercise programs may benefit children with CHD in improving motor development.
