Impact of Early Multidisciplinary Self-Management Education on Heart Failure Patients

The study investigates the impact of early self-management education on heart failure (HF) patients. From June 2022 to February 2023, HF patients were enrolled and divided into a control group (standard education) and a cardiac rehabilitation (CR) group (early multidisciplinary education). Assessments using MLHFQ, PSQI, SAS, and SDS were conducted. Among 91 patients, both groups showed reduced MLHFQ and SAS scores after 3 months. The CR group had improved anxiety scores, but MACE occurrences were similar. Early self-management may enhance quality of life for HF patients.
