This retrospective study assessed the effects of a standardized heart failure management center (SHFMC) at Jiaxing First Hospital on chronic heart failure (CHF) outcomes. Among 263 patients (Group A: pre-SHFMC, n=137; Group B: post-SHFMC, n=126), post-SHFMC management showed significantly increased use of ARNIs, β-blockers, and SGLT2 inhibitors. Group B exhibited improved treatment standardization, lower readmission rates, and reduced 1-year all-cause mortality, highlighting SHFMC's role in enhancing CHF care and outcomes.
