A cross-sectional study aimed to examine the impact of sleep and physical activity on glycemic control, health-related quality of life (HRQL), and life satisfaction (LS) in children and youth with type 1 diabetes (T1DM). The study involved 66 participants aged 8-25 years, and the results showed that the participants had poor glycemic control and low HRQL and LS. Shorter sleep duration was found to be significantly associated with higher HbA1c levels in participants with HbA1c below 14%. However, the activity did not affect HbA1c, HRQL, or LS.
