Most cystic fibrosis (CF) studies focused on SARS-CoV-2 prevalence and suggested a low incidence of infection in this population. This study aimed to assess the impact of the pandemic and related lockdown measures implemented in May 2020 in response to the first wave of SARS-CoV-2 infection on healthcare access, health, and behaviour in CF patients. The first lockdown had only minimal impact on the management care of CF-patients. Still, it was associated with increased symptoms of anxiety and depression, together with behavioural changes that varied with social class.

A real-world study of 1,121 patients with rheumatoid arthritis found that published applications of EULAR difficult-to-treat RA criteria identified different patient groups, with prevalence ranging from 5.5% to 11.7%. An umbrella review of 69 systematic reviews covering 970 studies and 221 factors identified six factors with convincing evidence of association with psychotic disorders. High population attributable fractions were observed for childhood adversities (40.69%), Toxoplasma gondii IgG positivity (20.47%), frequent cannabis use (12.75%), and clinical high risk for psychosis (12.68%).

A validation study found that Norwegian versions of the TOPSE and Teen TOPSE questionnaires demonstrated good-to-excellent psychometric properties in parents of children with pediatric acquired brain injury. GASTROENTEROLOGY
