The prospective study evaluates the improved sub-brow blepharoplasty (SBB) technique for periorbital aging in East Asian women. The study included 72 patients, with a focus on postoperative eyelid morphology. The modified technique successfully reduced abnormal eyelid creases and provided stable long-term results. There were no significant differences in certain measurements, and GAIS scores remained consistent at 6 and 12 months post-operation, indicating positive outcomes.
