The study aims to identify vital factors and construct a dynamic prognostic model for predicting the cancer-specific survival of patients with T1aN0M0 glottic cancer. The data of T1aN0M0 glottic cancer patients were extracted retrospectively from the SEER database between 2004 and 2015, and an external dataset was collected from a medical center to validate the performance of the prognostic model. Five independent prognostic factors were identified, and a prognostic nomogram was developed, which showed excellent predictive accuracy and ability. The model has potential applications in clinical decision-making, risk stratification, personalized treatment, and clinical trial design.
