In a randomized controlled trial, combining IPACK with adductor canal block (ACB) significantly reduced opioid use, improved pain scores, and increased patient satisfaction after ACL reconstruction with a bone–patellar tendon–bone autograft. The IPACK group showed lower morphine milligram equivalent consumption and pain ratings during the first three postoperative days. This combination offers a more effective strategy for early postoperative pain management compared to ACB alone.
