Significant improvements in muscle strength and dynamic balance were observed 12 months post-LMAT surgery. Isokinetic strength testing showed increased knee extension strength, with deficits improving from 38.3% to 18.1%. Dynamic balance also significantly improved. Despite graft extrusion, no significant differences were noted between the extrusion and nonextrusion groups at 12 months. Comprehensive rehabilitation is crucial for optimal recovery before resuming sports.
