The study identified key multivessel disease (MVD) predictors in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients by analyzing data from 68,378 individuals across 240 hospitals. The MVD group showed a significantly higher incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACCEs) compared to those with single-vessel disease (SVD) (P < 0.05). Independent predictors of MVD included age over 75 years, LDL/HDL ratio > 1.98, history of heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, reduced glomerular filtration rate (< 60 ml/min·1.73m²), family history of coronary artery disease (CAD), and elevated homocysteine levels. The incidence of MVD increased with the number of predictive factors, highlighting the critical role of these risk factors in assessing MVD in ACS patients.
