
The systematic review evaluated five existing tools using COSMIN criteria but found only the PCD-QoL met established standards. Other instruments, including S5, PRSS, SN-5, and MSYPQ, lacked sufficient content validity. Findings highlight the urgent need for a validated, paediatric-specific PROM to accurately track sinonasal disease and quality of life in clinical settings.
