
Lerodalcibep and evolocumab showed similar LDL cholesterol reductions in 66 patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia. Reductions were –4.9% and –10.3% at 24 weeks, missing the 6% non-inferiority margin. Both drugs were well tolerated, with fewer injection site reactions for lerodalcibep (2%) versus evolocumab (24%).
