This study evaluated LGALS3BP expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients and cell lines, considering its potential for antibody‐drug conjugate (ADC) therapy. LGALS3BP was highly expressed in OSCC patient tissues, correlating with aggressive features. OSCC cell lines expressed LGALS3BP, especially in extracellular vesicles. High LGALS3BP-expressing cell lines were sensitive to ADC DM4 treatment, indicating LGALS3BP as a diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target for ADC-based OSCC therapy.
