This study evaluates lacrimal gland ultrasonography (LGUS) and shear wave elastography (SWE) as non-invasive diagnostic tools for primary Sjögren's syndrome (PSS). Results show that LGUS, Emean, and shear wave velocity (SWV) values are significantly higher in PSS patients compared to controls. These methods also correlate with disease activity (ESSDAI), IgG levels, and complement titers, suggesting their potential in disease assessment and prognosis.
