An extensive case series analyzed Gunshot Wounds (GSW) to the orbit, covering clinical presentation, surgical management, and long-term outcomes. Injuries ranged from intracranial (53.4%), open globe (21.6%), orbital fracture (80.7%), and lid laceration (89.8%). Visual acuity showed no significant improvement. Long-term complications included abnormal lid/globe position (26.1%), reduced visual acuity (55.2%), and persistent pain (50.6%). This comprehensive study offers valuable insights into GSW impact on patients' vision and orbit, aiding management decisions.
