Lower Live Birth Rates After FET Following TCRA

A study comparing pregnancy outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) in patients with intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) treated with transcervical resection of adhesions (TCRA) and those with normal uterine morphology showed lower live birth rates after TCRA (75.1% vs. 61.7%, P < 0.001). No significant differences in clinical pregnancy rates or perinatal outcomes were found. Predictive factors for clinical pregnancy included progesterone levels, endometrial thickness, embryo quality, and IUA severity. A novel predictive model for pregnancy outcomes after FET following TCRA was developed.
