This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of intracapsular tonsillectomy with adenoidectomy (ITA) in treating PFAPA syndrome in 2 children. Through retrospective analysis, ITA was performed using a microdebrider, resulting in resolution of symptoms and no complications during a 1-year follow-up. ITA could be a viable surgical treatment for PFAPA, though larger studies with longer follow-ups are needed.
