This study compares the bond strength and marginal adaptation of nano-ceramic hybrid composite crowns to lithium disilicate crowns in the context of implant dentistry. Using in-vitro data from a lithium disilicate ceramic reference, the research evaluates 20 abutment analogs with resin nano-ceramic and lithium disilicate crowns. Results indicate that resin nano-ceramic crowns exhibit superior marginal adaptation and higher bond strength compared to lithium disilicate crowns, with adhesive failure mode observed in both groups.
