
The study evaluated how sociodemographics and comorbidities influence the minimal clinically important difference (MCID) in SNOT-22 scores among chronic rhinosinusitis patients. Logistic regression identified gender, education, depression, and migraine as key influencers of perceived improvement. Depression weakened the link between score change and improvement perception, while migraine amplified it.
