The study identifies miR-92b-3p as an oncogenic microRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Elevated miR-92b-3p expression enhances tumor proliferation, metastasis, and cisplatin resistance by suppressing ATXN1 and CPEB3, thereby activating Notch signaling. Serum miR-92b-3p levels correlated with disease status and relapse, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for monitoring OSCC progression and treatment response. These findings offer new therapeutic and diagnostic insights.
