This study presents a rare case of fibroid degeneration in a non-functional, non-communicating rudimentary horn of a unicornuate uterus in a 48-year-old woman. Initially misdiagnosed as an ovarian fibroma, the condition was managed through laparoscopic surgery. This unique case highlights that non-functional rudimentary horns can undergo symptomatic transformation, suggesting the need for comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and appropriate surgical planning in similar Mullerian anomalies.
