The study analyzed five primary eye health strategies in Guatemala (2019–2021), comparing fixed and mobile models. Mobile approaches diagnosed and treated refractive error for as low as $7.7/case and cataract for $13.3. Health outpost and community screening had the best ICERs ($245 and $233 per DALY averted). Results support mobile models for efficient, affordable vision care in low-resource settings.
