Lung signet-ring cell carcinoma (LSRCC), known for high malignancy, low differentiation, and poor prognosis, lacks early symptoms, leading to delayed diagnosis and limited treatment options. This study analyzes multiomics data from Chinese LSRCC patients, revealing top mutated genes (MUC family), prevalent mutations (C->T), and an enriched cell cycle signaling pathway. Increased CD8+ T cells and CD68+CD163+cells suggest potential immune implications. The findings offer insights into LSRCC's molecular landscape, aiding in understanding regulatory mechanisms and informing clinical decisions.
