Severe anemia risk rose over time post-discharge. Addressing this issue is crucial for Sustainable Development Goal 3.2, which aims to reduce under-5 childhood deaths.

The paste maintained about 75% metabolic activity and better preserved cell viability, supporting further investigation as a medicament for regenerative endodontic procedures.

As a single-arm study, the findings are descriptive and require controlled confirmation.
