Chondrosarcomas of the sinonasal cavity and skull base are uncommon malignancies. Therefore, the study sought to provide long‐term outcomes at two tertiary care centres. Thirty‐eight patients met the inclusion criteria. The present research is the experience over the last 20 years treating chondrosarcomas. Favourable survival outcomes can be achieved, but recurrence requiring repeat resection is common.
