Nerve-Sparing Deep Endometriosis Surgery with da Vinci SP

This study demonstrates the anatomical and technical highlights of nerve-sparing deep endometriosis surgery with rectal discoid resection using the da Vinci SP single-port robotic system. Performed on a 46-year-old woman with severe pelvic pain, the procedure involved nine steps, showing safety and feasibility comparable to conventional multi-port methods. The single-port system offers enhanced visualization, dexterity, and cosmetic benefits, suggesting it as a valuable tool for complex pelvic surgeries.
