A post-marketing study on 96 dry eye patients demonstrated a 98% positive response to an artificial tear combining arabinogalactan, hyaluronic acid, and trehalose. Improvements included comfort (39%), vision (13%), reduced redness (13%), itching (16%), photophobia (4%), and tearing (14%). 61% reported comfort lasting 1–2 hours. The findings highlighted the efficacy, tolerability, and adherence to this therapy, providing significant symptom relief in dry eye disease.
