A retrospective case-control study compared ocular parameters in congenital ectopia lentis (CEL) and myopic patients, revealing significant differences in various factors. Logistic regression highlighted the significance of refractive astigmatism (RA), internal astigmatism (IA), AXIS(RA-CA), and axial length-corneal radius ratio (AL/CR). Receiver operating characteristic curves demonstrated high accuracy for AL/CR, with a cut-off point 3.024, providing optimal sensitivity and specificity for CEL diagnosis in mild to high myopia cases.
