A study revealed that combining desmopressin and anticholinergic therapy improves pediatric nocturnal enuresis (NE) treatment outcomes. The study involved 659 patients and demonstrated enhanced complete response rates and reduced nonresponse in short- and long-term treatments. Patients receiving combination therapy also experienced a more significant reduction in NE episodes and lower recurrence rates than desmopressin monotherapy.
