A retrospective study on pancreatic cancer assessed the predictive value of a prognostic immune-inflammatory-nutritional (PIIN) score and developed a nomogram incorporating it. Analyses of clinicopathological data from 155 postoperative patients revealed PIIN score as an independent risk factor for overall survival, outperforming other scoring systems in predicting prognosis. A nomogram based on PIIN score showed good predictive power for overall survival, suggesting its potential use for prognosis stratification and individualized treatment development in pancreatic cancer.
