Ocular Biometry Links to Child Behavioral Scores in Study

Using the Conners' Parent Rating Scale, the study examined 93 children (7.2 ± 1.2 years) to assess correlations between refraction, ocular biometry, and behavioral disorders. Spherical equivalent and axial length correlated with behavioral scores, with shorter axial length (<22.5 mm) linked to ADHD concerns. Findings suggest a potential association between vision parameters and behavior, warranting further research on causality.
