Craniosynostosis (CS), characterized by premature cranial suture fusion, impacts orofacial health significantly. This study focused on Thai CS patients aged 6–17 years, comparing them with healthy controls. Findings revealed that CS patients had higher incidences of oral conditions like cleft palate, malocclusions (especially Class III), dental anomalies, and increased susceptibility to caries. Masticatory performance, assessed through gum mixing tests, showed reduced efficiency in CS patients. These insights highlight the complex orofacial challenges in CS, underscoring the need for tailored oral health strategies to enhance their quality of life.
