Outcomes of Double-Row Rotator Cuff Repair Using a Novel All-Suture Soft Anchor Medial Row

This study investigated the short-term clinical outcomes of rotator cuff repair (RCR) using a novel all-suture medial row anchor. 179 patients underwent double-row suture bridge RCR, with follow-up at least 2 years post-surgery. Clinical outcomes, measured by American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score and pain rating scale (NPRS), significantly improved from baseline to follow-up. The proportion of patients meeting acceptable symptom state thresholds for ASES and NPRS also significantly increased. The study concluded that using all-suture anchors for medial row fixation in double-row suture bridge RCR resulted in excellent short-term clinical outcomes and substantial improvements in patient conditions.
