A phase III, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (True North) investigated ozanimod (a selective sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor modulator) in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.  The incidence of clinical response was also significantly higher with ozanimod than placebo in both induction and maintenance phases. The overall incidence of adverse events was similar between groups in the induction phase, but higher in the ozanimod group in the maintenance period.

Higher total and recreational screen time were associated with increased odds of suspected developmental delays, particularly receptive language and gross motor delays. Educational and communication-based screen time were associated with lower odds of delays in selected developmental domains. The findings highlight the importance of limiting recreational screen exposure and encouraging age-appropriate, interactive digital activities.
