A global debate continues within the LGBT+ community about parenthood desires. A study involving 191 white-European sexually active men who have sex with men revealed that 58.6% expressed a desire for fatherhood. Of these, 51.8% had a strong desire to become parents, particularly among younger participants. Educational level and relational status didn't significantly differ between the desire and non-desire groups. These findings indicate that over half of men in this demographic aspire to fatherhood, with a pronounced preference among younger individuals.
