This study investigated the factors associated with patient satisfaction in patients with a dental implant-supported single crown or fixed prosthesis. The study surveyed 196 patients and found that overall satisfaction was high, except for satisfaction with the cleansing ability and treatment cost. Patients with a history of implant failure, mechanical complications, or sinus augmentation had lower satisfaction, while patients with a higher income or a posterior implant had higher satisfaction. Restoration by specialists positively affected general satisfaction. The study concludes that patients with dental implant-supported restorations generally have high satisfaction, but implant failure, mechanical complication, and sinus augmentation can negatively affect patient satisfaction in multiple aspects.
