The cross-sectional study investigates the relationship between pediatric obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) severity and quality of life (QOL) using both OSA-specific and general fatigue measures. Despite differences in OSA severity, there were no consistent patterns in QOL scores across varying OSA severity levels. Both mild OSA and sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) were found to negatively impact the quality of life, indicating that the burden of these conditions should not be underestimated, even in less severe cases.
