The study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of an AI-driven algorithm in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in patients under active surveillance (AS) who received multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) and subsequent MR-guided ultrasound fusion biopsy. The algorithm showed a high sensitivity for detecting ISUP ≥ 1 and ISUP ≥ 2 lesions but low specificity. Integrating AI into the clinical workflow may improve efficiency and diagnostic confidence.
