Ponseti method successfully corrects relapsed clubfoot in young children. In a study of 50 clubfeet in 33 children under two years old, repeated Ponseti treatment significantly improved Pirani scores (p < 0.001). The method proved effective in managing relapsed idiopathic congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV) after initial correction and bracing failure. These findings support the continued use of Ponseti casting before considering surgical intervention.
