
The study evaluated the mechanical properties, degradation behavior, and bioactivity of magnesium-zinc-hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffolds using different space-holding agents. Results showed that 5% HA with urea provided the best strength, elasticity, and corrosion resistance, while ammonium bicarbonate led to weaker scaffolds. Bioactivity tests confirmed calcium phosphate deposition, supporting the potential of these scaffolds for bone regeneration.
