Using mixed methods, the research found that PPMs valued the convenience, accessibility, and personalized care VC offered but recognized the limitations, such as the absence of physical examinations. A hybrid care model, combining VC and in-person consultations, was suggested. Preliminary quantitative data indicated that PPMs found VC time-saving, easy to use, and acceptable.
