The study addresses the challenge of predicting chronic pain in cancer patients by using AI algorithms to analyze a panel of biomarkers. Through a multicentric cohort of 450 newly diagnosed cancer patients, the study aims to identify key predictors of pain from clinical, psychosocial, and neurophysiological data collected at three intervals over a year. The goal is to develop an AI-based predictive tool to aid in early pain management and therapeutic decisions.
