This study evaluates the efficacy of pregabalin combined with tramadol/paracetamol in managing acute pain during CT-guided puncture localization of pulmonary nodules. In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial involving 120 patients across four groups, the NRS scores indicated superior pain relief with combined pregabalin-tramadol/paracetamol compared to single-agent or placebo groups (p < 0.001). The combination significantly improved hemodynamic stability, alongside high patient satisfaction and minimal adverse reactions (p = 0.272). These findings suggest that pregabalin combined with tramadol/paracetamol offers effective analgesia with enhanced safety, supporting its clinical utility in managing acute pain during pulmonary nodule localization.
