
An 84-year-old woman with primary biliary cholangitis was referred to our hospital for a hepatic tumor. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography demonstrated a slightly low-density lesion in the medial segment without obvious margins. Gadoxetate-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging revealed that the lesion had a diminished uptake of contrast agent in the hepatobiliary phase.
