
This prospective study conducted in southern Sweden, found that fatigue improved significantly over this period but remained common, while symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD did not change significantly. Risk factors for persistent symptoms included worse functional outcomes and reduced sleep compared to pre-COVID-19 levels.
