Chronic inflammatory diseases like psoriasis correlate with venous thromboembolism (VTE). We aimed to assess clot lysis profile (CLP) differences between uncontrolled psoriasis patients and healthy controls (HC) and the impact of anti-inflammatory treatment. Psoriasis patients (n=87) and HC (n=87) were recruited. Psoriasis patients initially exhibited significantly higher amplitude and AUC. Following treatment, amplitude decreased significantly. This study underscores the association between psoriasis, hypercoagulable CLP, and the potential benefit of anti-inflammatory therapy in mitigating clotting risks.
