The study fabricated PCL/PEO scaffolds loaded with quercetin (QU) and calcium hydroxide (CH) to assess dental pulp stem cell (DPSC) behavior under inflammatory conditions. Scaffolds supported cell viability at concentrations up to 5 µM, upregulated ALPL after 14 days, and significantly increased OCN and DSPP gene expression when stimulated with LPS, suggesting strong potential for dentine tissue engineering.
