The use of biologics and surgical interventions for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) among American Rhinologic Society members were evaluated. Out of 162 participants, 95% prescribed biologics, with significant impacts noted as per surgical practices, including a reduction in revised surgeries. The findings underscore the importance of integrating biologics into treatment and highlight the need for ongoing research and updated clinical guidelines to enhance patient outcomes.
