AURA Spain, a real-world study, assessed 482 COPD patients initiating single-inhaler budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol (BGF) triple therapy. Most patients were elderly, had moderate to severe COPD, frequent exacerbations, and cardiovascular comorbidities. BGF was primarily used after dual therapy failure, reflecting its role in treating high-burden cases.
