Tirzepatide is widely used for obesity management in non-diabetic individuals. A study of 10,193 patients found that most (77.1% female, mean age 45) had obesity-related complications. Adherence was 55.5% at six months, and persistence was 54.2%. Dose escalation was slower than in clinical trials, with 91.1% on ≤10 mg by the fifth refill. These findings highlight real-world treatment patterns and potential implications for effectiveness.
